Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our Services independently. Users under 18 may use the Services only with parental or guardian consent and supervision. Parents or guardians who create accounts for minors are responsible for their activities on the platform.

Account Creation

When creating an account, you agree to:

Dental Professional Verification

Dental professionals must provide valid licensing information and credentials. We reserve the right to verify credentials with relevant dental regulatory authorities. False or misleading information may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

Appointment Confirmation

Appointments are confirmed when both the patient completes the booking and the dental clinic accepts the appointment. You will receive confirmation via email and/or SMS. Confirmation through DentAI247 does not guarantee service delivery—the dental provider has the final authority over appointment acceptance.

Cancellations and Modifications

• •Patient Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule appointments through the platform. Cancellation policies vary by clinic—some may charge cancellation fees for late cancellations (typically within 24-48 hours of the appointment).
• •Provider Cancellations: Dental providers may cancel appointments due to emergencies or scheduling conflicts. We will notify you immediately and assist in rebooking.
• •No-Show Policy: Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on your ability to book future appointments or account suspension.

Appointment Accuracy

While we strive to display accurate real-time availability through Dentitek integration, appointment slots are subject to the dental clinic's schedule changes. We are not liable for scheduling errors, double-bookings, or availability discrepancies.

Platform Fees

DentAI247 is free for patients to search clinics and book appointments. Dental professionals using our platform may be subject to subscription fees or transaction-based charges. All fees are clearly disclosed before billing.

Dental Service Payments

Payments for dental services are made directly to the dental clinic, not to DentAI247. Payment terms, insurance acceptance, and billing practices are determined by the individual dental provider. We are not responsible for:

• →Disputes over dental service charges or billing
• →Insurance claims or reimbursement issues
• →Price accuracy displayed on clinic profiles
• →Refunds for dental services (handled directly with the provider)

Processing Fees

Some dental clinics may use our integrated payment processing. Payment processing is handled by secure third-party processors (Stripe, PayPal). All payment data is encrypted and complies with PCI-DSS standards. DentAI247 does not store complete credit card information.

Our Content

All content on DentAI247, including text, graphics, logos, software, AI algorithms, and design elements, are owned by or licensed to DentAI247 and protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

User Content

By submitting content (reviews, ratings, comments, photos), you grant DentAI247 a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute your content in connection with our Services. You represent that:

• •You own or have the rights to the content you submit
• •Your content does not violate any third-party rights or laws
• •You authorize us to use the content as described

Trademark

"DentAI247" and our logo are trademarks of DentAI247 Inc. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

Informal Resolution

Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at legal@dentai247.ca to attempt to resolve disputes informally. We will work in good faith to resolve concerns within 30 days.

Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the ADR Institute of Canada in accordance with its Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will be conducted in Toronto, Ontario, in English, by a single arbitrator. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding.

Class Action Waiver

You agree to bring claims against DentAI247 only in your individual capacity and not as a class member or representative in any class or representative action.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and federal Canadian law, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Your Right to Terminate

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support or through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

Our Right to Terminate

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for:

• •Violation of these Terms
• •Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• •Providing false information during registration
• •Extended periods of inactivity
• •Threats to platform security or integrity

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, certain provisions of these Terms (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) will survive. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
